CLASSES | 10 WEEK WORKOUT

Build Stronger,
More Confident Dancing.

10 Weeks. Proven Results. Live via Zoom.

WHY IT WORKS

Why Top Irish Dancers Trust the 10 Week Workout

The 10 Week Workout is more than a fitness class — it's a proven training system Irish dancers return to year after year. Many top dancers use it as part of their preparation for major championships, but what makes it so effective is that it meets dancers at any level and any point in the season.

Each week intentionally builds on the last, reinforcing quality movement and gradually increasing challenge. The result? Dancers who feel stronger, move more confidently, and trust their training when it matters most.

Whether you're gearing up for a big competition or focused on long-term development, this is foundational training you can rely on.

THE TRAINING SCHEDULE

Three Seasons.
Three Opportunities to Train.

The 10 Week Workout runs three times a year, giving dancers multiple opportunities to build strength, consistency, and confidence — whether training toward a major competition or focusing on long-term development. You do not need to be competing to benefit; many dancers train year-round to keep improving each season instead of resetting.

THE PROGRESSION

A Taste of the Progressive System

01–02

Foundation

Lay the groundwork for the entire program. Dancers build physical awareness, stability, mobility, and foundational strength while learning key training principles, proper form, and movement patterns that all future progress depends on.

03–04

Strength Building

Increase volume and intensity while improving control and alignment. Dancers begin connecting core strength to lower-body power, often noticing early improvements in stability, endurance, and overall movement quality.

05–06

Power Development

Higher-intensity circuits and explosive movements translate directly to jumps, speed, and agility. Irish dance technique-focused strength work becomes more prominent as improved mechanics apply directly to dancing.

07–08

Stamina & Technique

Longer sets and reduced rest challenge both body and mind. Training emphasizes attack, technique, stamina, and resilience — developing the precision dancers need to maintain quality movement under fatigue.

09–10

Performance Application

Bring it all together. Apply strength, power, stamina, and technique directly to Irish dance-specific movement and performance demands — confidence, clarity, and carrying your training into your dancing, onstage or in everyday classes.

THE PAYOFF

What Your Dancer Will Experience

Stronger, More Powerful Technique

Improved turnout, extension, and jump height aren't luck — they're the result of targeted strength training that mirrors the exact movements in Irish dance. Dancers report noticing improvements within 2–3 weeks.

Stamina to Compete

Dancing your full rounds takes serious conditioning. The 10 Week Workout builds the muscular and cardiovascular endurance so dancers can compete with strength through the very last step.

Confidence

There's a difference between hoping you'll place and knowing you're ready. Our athletes train with purpose — arriving at competitions more confident, less anxious.

Reduced Injury Risk & Better Recovery

Targeted strength and mobility work reduces the risk of overuse injuries that plague competitive Irish dancers. You're not just getting stronger — you're building a body that stays healthy.

Accountability & Community

Training alone is hard. Training with a cohort of dancers with the same goals is powerful — your dancer will connect with peers and stay motivated all 10 weeks.
